Foundation Specialist & Builder Needed – Pile Replacement & Base Board Repairs

We’re looking for an experienced foundation specialist to inspect and replace piles affected by a sinkhole caused by stormwater issues. The new piles will need to be founded into firm subsoils and reinstated as brace piles. A structural engineer may need to be consulted to confirm specifications. Additionally, we need a builder to replace any broken base boards and to replace rusted plate fixings, particularly around the deck area. A drainlayer is already engaged to fix the stormwater pipe responsible for the sinkhole. This job will proceed after drainage repairs are completed.
