Floor Bearer Replacement

Re pile lounge up to code

Re-Piling home

We have been advised that the back of our house piling needs to be redone as it wasn't set properly when the house was moved 20-30 years ago. Our house is a 101sqm home and there is access to under the home - but we're not sure if the entire house needs to be re-piled or just the back section. From what we understand, it's starting to sag the house in places.

Sinking pole

Concrete Walkway

We need a few concrete slabs or smooth concrete to create a walkway as shown in the pics. The end of the walkway needs to terminate with a couple of concrete steps since the land is sloping. There already exists concrete slabs for the walkway towards the upper part of the walkway, but tree roots have destroyed a couple of slabs. We intend to water blast the existing slabs and replace the ones that need replacing and add new concrete steps at the bottom.

Site check & advise

We have downstairs lounge and its floor is currently carpet on concrete. We habe noticed that there is a line of bumpiness on the carpaet (roughly about a metre) there is no crack on wall or other part of the concrete but I am concerned if its a foundation issue. Can someone come and have a look for us and advise what to do next?

Concrete slab team needed Tuesday 11 Oct (we have concrete booked)

Bearer and piles to be fixed/replaced

A building inspection has noted some unsupported bearers and some piles that need replacing. Some piles have cracks and some have been packed in the past. We plan to initially replace the worse of the piles, with further work to replace the others at a later date. We are also looking into having some drains/waterproofing done to help preserve the new piles.

Large Job with a Variety of work needed

Tree roots have destroyed 3 to 4 of the house foundations. It has destroyed front and side lawns nd concrete driveway and paths etc etc The cement weatherboards and roof have cracked. Along with the cracks in the house. A lot of damage all over that will need a number of specialties. Have a CAD drawing from a GPR image and videos of under the house available I would prefer a one stop shop so to speak, just to help with a smooth job, but will consider anyone interested. Thanks
