Concrete Walkway

We need a few concrete slabs or smooth concrete to create a walkway as shown in the pics. The end of the walkway needs to terminate with a couple of concrete steps since the land is sloping. There already exists concrete slabs for the walkway towards the upper part of the walkway, but tree roots have destroyed a couple of slabs. We intend to water blast the existing slabs and replace the ones that need replacing and add new concrete steps at the bottom.
