LABOUR NEEDED

Am needing 8 holes dug ( 600 deep with post hole borer ), and cementing in of 125 x 125 senton piles. Profiles are complete, and holes marked out already. Site prep for log cabin

Repiling assessment and quote

An 80 square metre 1958 state house, the house is on a reasonably steep site, seems to shift a bit between summer and winter and doors get stuck, the piles are still the original, concrete piles with timber bearers which are not strapped or braced. They also don't appear to go very deep into the earth. We are keen to understand how we can make the home more stable, potentially with deeper piles, and also leave the option open of a rear extension in the future.

Concrete Slab for water tank

We need a small concrete slab, suitable for a 1000L water tank to sit on. The water tank is circular 800mm wide. The slab area is a bit bigger, 2250mm x 900mm, with a small cutout for some existing drains. The house cinderblocks rise up 170mm at highest point so this would be the depth of the concrete at deepest point - note the stony dirt rises up towards the internal house corner so would be less deep.
