I have just purchased an old house, built in 1925, it has had some renovations done a long time ago, but really needs some TLC now. I need someone to look at the piles and let me know the costs to possibly replace some of these. There is a little bit of sagging in some of the floors, nothing major, doors still open and close inside the house, but really needs to be inspected and quoted on. The access under the house is fine, and about 1 metre at the back of the house between the ground and the under house. But then this reduces significantly the further you go to the front of the house. The gap is about 1/2 metre height crawl space?? Time line is to get this done by Spring, this year. Thanks
