Parnell Basement Works
CCS Foundation Specialists presents the Parnell project, a full-scale renovation and revitalization of a classic style home. The scope of work includes full house relevelling, replacement of 60 x H5 timber piles to 900mm with stainless steel fixings, bearer replacement, propping and bracing, earthworks, and basement work. Additionally, retaining works including a 10m Palisade wall with Palisades reaching 3500mm bgl. With a challenging site that required conveyor belts for material movement due to limited access, our team at CCS was well-equipped to handle this complex project. The expertise of our team members ensured that any unexpected obstacles are swiftly overcome with skill and experience.
