We had an outstanding experience. Simon, Luke and the team did an amazing job. Great communication and quick response times made it easy for us. After the inspection we received the quote the same night. These guys go the extra mile for outstanding customer service. We were kept informed every step of the way. The team under the floor worked so hard in difficult conditions, producing quality workmanship in the timeframe expected. Great communication. We got CCS in to quote for relevelling piles, they came for a site visit, gave a quote and honest feedback that job didnt need to be done at this stage. I don’t usually post feedback, but the high-quality work delivered by the CCS team motivated me to share my experience. We were facing issues with the piles in our house, and although the original builder had assured us that they would fix the problem, they went into liquidation just two months before the project was due to start. This left us in a very stressful situation, unsure of who could take on such a complex job. I approached Wesley and Simon, and from the very beginning they were approachable, supportive, patient, and most importantly highly confident and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and systematic approach to both execution and documentation were outstanding. Simon kept us regularly informed of the progress and promptly highlighted any issues that arose. Even Tonkin & Taylor, one of New Zealand’s leading engineering firms, were very satisfied with the quality of their work. CCS performed so well that they were also engaged by our neighbors. Our project was completed on time and within budget. Importantly, unlike some other contractors, they did not change their pricing midway, they clearly knew what they were doing from the outset. Lot of the other contractors we met, couldn't commit to a price, didn't know what was involved but Simon and Wesley knew exactly the issue and how to tackle it and finished the job to high standard and within budget. I highly recommend CCS for their expertise, integrity, and exceptional service. A strong five stars ***** from me. The job went well right from the prompt initial site visit. Given the difficult site access & having to transfer the tools + materials into the valley & up to the house. Your boys got stuck into it & finished on time leaving the site tidy. Well done and thanks to Chase and his work mate. Highly recommend CCS .
