Hi There , I am property manager who is looking after this rental property at 153 Te Atatu Road . Te Atatu South . The property has been moved , there is a large crack on the exterior walls the and the kitchen window frames separate from wall. Can we arrange time to view the property and give us a quote to level up the house and fix the crack. Please note - the foundation of the house is wooden post , the exterior wall is brick.
