Possible repiling, releveling

Our 1970's house is elevated on posts at the back and this area is dipping slightly with one corner dipping more noticeably - possibly due to an ill placed post over a meter in from the edge of house. We would like some quotes to see what sort of work is required. Photos attached of corner where dipping interior and exterior.

1920s Bungalow with newer concrete piles needs stabilizing. Some of the piles have sunk slighty creating a bouncey floor in living room and front porch. Have been told that piles need packers to level out floor. Easy access to under house. One existing fireplace that is going to be removed - listed as a seperate job.

Urgent quote on relevelling/piling

Pile Foundation Remediation

We have a four bedroom home in Massey which has developed some significant exterior and interior wall crack in one segment of the home. The foundations are 100 x 100 piles and I suspect that the effected area of the house is suffering from shrinkage which the footings can not cope with.
