Piles needs some work

I have discovered a section of piling in the basement has a significant amount of rot. The piles (approx 4) sit on top of bearer that is bolted to the concrete floor. The bearer as been exposed to pro longed moisture and needs to be replaced.

House Re-piling

I need a quote ASAP on a house we want to prurchase. A report has shown that the house has some borer in the foundations. Also the piles are H4 not H5 which I think they should be?
