"Tie Down" house to new wooden pile foundations

My house has been relocated onto new standard piles and needs to be "Tied down" and braced in accordance with the approved building consent. Must be LPB approved for foundation work, and provide details to go in consent record. Its an old state house, approx 112 SQM. Easy access, only low in one corner. I have copies of all the relevant plans/documents that I can email, and some photos as well.

It is currently sagging on one side of the house which may have caused the concrete footpath on opposite side of the house to lift.
