Bathroom slab

I am looking for a LBP to lay a small slab.Approx 5-5 square metres. This is to be the floor for a basement bathroom. The slab will support retaining walls up to 1-5m approx. I will prepare metal base etc. But need a contractor to install boxing, fix reinforcing in place and pour concrete.I have draft plans. I wish to submit these to council soon. As part of my submission I will need to state who is building the slab. I expect to want to do this work Feb/March next year. Or if a miracle takes place mid December 2015.I am doing as much work as I can under the Owner Builder Exemption. John Hitchings
