House Re-piling

I need a quote ASAP on a house we want to prurchase. A report has shown that the house has some borer in the foundations. Also the piles are H4 not H5 which I think they should be? Do these all need replacing? Also part of the house has not been built on proper foundtions and we'd like to know how/what it will cost to fix the problem.
