House Piles query

We are wanting to check the condition of the piles under the house as we can see a crack in the cladding and matching one on the interior wall of the house. Some doors also seem to be jamming at times. Looking at future renovations so want to cover this off first. Hoping an expert can look at this and advise. Access to the underside of the house is easy and piles are wooden, 1980s Hardy plank home. Thanks.
