Concrete patio

I need a concrete patio built at the front of my house. concrete up to the weatherboard in the picture. Just looking for smooth concrete and open to ideas about what to do on the sides down to the drive way. Patio size about 4m by 5.5m. about half a foot high. Have lots of old steal and concrete i want to cover that are in pictures so we don't need to use so much concrete. Open to suggestions about style of concrete etc but lets start with basic concrete to begin with. I want water to run off away from house. Need to take into consideration plumbing on right hand side of second picture when buildings patio.
