Sinking pole

the corner pole on our buiding must be in fill as its dropped over the years and caused the gutter not to drain and stress on windows and doors , the pole is not on piles just in the ground about a meter wondering if it needs to be dug around and conrete poured in to stablise. there is concrete on the downstair floor inside the building. Ive included the adjacent pole in photos so you can see how it carries a wide beam as the pole to be stregthened inside has wall lining , we would clear the work area and support the worker
