Bearer and piles to be fixed/replaced

A building inspection has noted some unsupported bearers and some piles that need replacing. Some piles have cracks and some have been packed in the past. We plan to initially replace the worse of the piles, with further work to replace the others at a later date. We are also looking into having some drains/waterproofing done to help preserve the new piles.
