Drop in decking

I've notice lots of separation in our decking upstairs and downstairs we have decking that has been on the move for a couple of years. We have a creek on the side of the property that the drop is happening and the water from the Auckland floods came right up to the deck. The lower deck does have a small shed/sleepout on it. The recent moment had happened quite quickly, over the past few months.
