New house

I'm going to build a new one level house (154.86 Sqm + 9.7sqm deck), looking for the builder on labour only contractor basis. require experienced builder and Piling/Foundation contractor who can start the job asap and complete the job with 2 and a half months. Job quote will require separate into a few parts: Retaining Wall, Piling/Foundation, Framing and Truss (include Window, soffit, internal/external Door,building paper, door lock) installation, External Weatherboard installation, the contractor must be GST registered. Will provide the plan through internet for the quotation.
