The repair works involve the following installation: -New reinforced concrete piles (5) dowelled into the existing concrete strip footing -New structural steel portal frame (1) at entrance of garage -Tying of existing brickwalls (load bearing) to new steel portal frame All structural elements listed above are on a Building Consent drawing.
