We noticed a 2 mm (?) wide crack in the door frame in the lounge area mid last year. It caused door jamming until a door guy fixed it earlier this year. A structural engineer visited our site & recommended an extra pile to support that area in order to prevent it from happening again! We want to go ahead & repair this defect to prevent further deterioration to the house.
