Tried to take advantage. Quoted $47,500 ex gst for a job that Builderscrack estimator had at around $4,000. When queried said access difficulties and possible damage to neighbour's property accounted for excessive quote. Job in question was light timber retaining wall 1m high x 7m. Damage to neighbour non-existent. Access difficulties worth another thousand or two, not $50,000 more than estimator! Time waster and not to be trusted. Beware.
