Concrete path and patio - Kingsland

Concreting of path beside/rear of house. We would like the gravel area close to the house and the side area (soil subgrade) concreted - total approx 26.5m2 (measured from site plan). Some subgrade prep of the side area will be required - contractor to advise on subgrade prep, reinforcement and other details. Two gully traps will need to be extended to the new concrete finished level. Finished surface fall 1% to the south for drainage purposes. Must be building code compliant with respect to clearance to lower edge of cladding. Good quality patio/path finish, mid-grey colour, sealed surface (no exposed aggregate). Access is down a steep driveway, but project area is easily accessible from the driveway at the rear yard.

Job completed in a thoroughly satisfactory manner. Communications was very good, overall sharp price. Mason wasn't happy with the concrete splashes left on the wall, so arranged to repaint at no extra cost - can't complain about that level of attention and commitment to quality! Overall a job well done, and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone else.
