Exterior concrete wall needs 150mm hole cut in it for fan vent from bathroom on other side. Internal wall is lined and tiled but has hole already cut in it. Needs matching hole cut in external concrete wall at about 2000mm off ground height. wall thicknesse approx 150-200mm. Was built in 1950s so unknown if any rebar is in the wall. Kia ora, The old cracked driveway, approx. 50 -55 meters long, needs replacing. The driveway serves two dwellings and for both some extra width is needed in places, in order to connect to dwellings' access. Medium steep. Box, install reinforcing, and pour a 17m x 5m shed foundation with 450mm ground beams -- approximately 27 m3 of concrete total. Ready for DPM and reinforcement next week once the excavation sign-off is complete (planned for Monday the 27th). Require an exposed aggregate concrete pad suitable for a spa pool. Pad needs to be approx 2.5m x 2.5m and 150mm with steel mesh and level for spa. Site is behind house in Lyttelton with relatively good access. Area will need some clearing beforehand which I can assist with. Ideally would like the job complete within 4 weeks.

Our house is 2.6 meters off the ground and need a slab pored below so we can use this area better. Size to be poured is 5.6 x 5.6 and next to that is 8.5 x 2.4. Two side are retained so need for boxing on those sides.

This was laid by previous owner and we would like options to rectify this without having the slab relaid. Maybe the slab could be built up slightly or grinding on the proud side of the slab??
