It is mostly walled in (minus one wall) and has some concrete at the base of the external walls (a concrete path, and driveway). Basically, we got a subdivision consent and need to complete the shared access to get title. I have attached the accepted engineering plans. We have since got an easement over the neighbours side, so instead of constructing just the one new strip from the road, were going to replace both existing strips (two only).
