Job description

Concrete Sealing
North Shore

Published: 8 September 2024

We are seeking a professional to fill the decorative cuts in our concrete pool patio and the gaps between the pool coping stones and the concrete. The project requires the use of a light grey filler to complement the design. - The decorative cuts are in squares, spaced 1.12m apart. - Additionally, the gaps between the pool coping stones and the concrete need to be filled to achieve a clean, polished finish around the pool. Attached are the plans for the project, along with photos of the area. Rough Calculations: - The total concrete area (after accounting for the pool and coping stones) is approximately 36.57 square meters. - Based on the decorative cut pattern and mortaring around the pool area, we estimate that approximately 79 meters of mortar will be required. Product Guidance: We believe that a product such as the Norski Epoxy Mortar (750ml Grey) would be appropriate (link: Norski Epoxy Mortar), but we’re open to professional guidance on the best material. For colour matching, we have a light brown concrete ('Sandstorm' by Firth concrete). Please contact us if you’re interested in taking on this job and can provide expert advice. PS If your firm also specialises in concrete polishing (not a requirement), we have a smaller job for the same pool area posted here: --- / --- /polishing-pool-coping-stones Please indicate in your response if you would like to do that job as well. Many thanks, John
