Fix crack in concrete floor

We have a problem with a concrete floor and need a concrete specialist or builder with concrete skills to fill cracks, grind down uneven areas and skim / level as needed to bring the whole surface within specification for laminate flooring. As the photos show, there’s a defect including cracks running all the way across the floor (about 5m long), which we think is along the line of a join between two different sections (and ages) of concrete pad. There are also level issues, especially on the area nearer the patio door where there is a pronounced lump beside the cracked area which will need grinding down. It’s an open-plan house, so all dust must be controlled effectively. We haven't inspected the rest of the floor (about 25sq.m in total) as it's still under carpet we can't easily lift yet until we move furniture, and while there don't seem to be any major level issues there, we may also need some skimming / levelling carried out if any of it is outside laminate flooring specs. We’re in Rangiora and would like this work completed by end of this month.

Wade gave us good advice on what the job required, and was able to book it in within a few days. They did a efficient, professional job to fill a crack and level the floor, and took care to ensure grinding dust was minimised and sealed off from the rest of the house. We'd happily use Procut again for any concrete work, highly recommended.
