Small Carpentary Repairs

Clothes Line Install Papakura, Papakura

Dannsons Limited did a quality job and their communication was good. While the bill matched the budget, I thought it was quite expensive, but to be fair, it is likely just the cost of things in NZ. I would recommend Dannsons Limited for a quality job.

Mould under sink cabinet — covered up, not properly fixed

House Repair & Maintenance Takanini, Papakura

Rene was amazing to work with on this project. Before even quoting, he took the time to discover the root cause of the mould problem I was having, which gave me real confidence in his approach. He communicated the project scope with me promptly and clearly throughout. The work itself was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and as an added bonus, he even sealed areas that weren't part of the original scope. Rene is a hardworking professional, and I'd highly recommend him.

Removal of small tin shed and inserting small fence or trellis in gap.

Weatherboard Repair Takanini, Papakura

I had several pieces of work from fencing and deck repairs, clearing an old shed and adding a small fence to some internal work - new laundry tub, new kitchen sink and new ranch hood. Work was all completed to a high standard and within good timeframes and cost quoted. I will be using Zee Zee Construction for future work and recommending them. Thanks.

Deck clean and stain/paint

Eneo did the work himself. He responded quickly to my post and came quickly to view the job and quote. Very polite and hardworking. Cleaned deck thoroughly, removing black ingrained mould. Then used paintbrush to apply two coats of stain by hand. The quote was very fair, charging me his labour costs, and fwdg the 'cost of materials' invoices direct to me at his tradesman discount rates. The finished job is beautiful. Highly recommend Eneo for deck clean and restain.

Extension adding to current fence on decking

Cladding Repair Papakura, Papakura

Sid did a fantastic job extending the fence on our deck. We needed some extra height added to a balcony railing to make it a little safer for our toddler. Sid was extremely patient and very practical with his advice and ended up building us something which does what it’s supposed to do but is also beautifully made.
