I have a couple of small things that need attention at the house. I would like an experienced builder to take a look and repair. I have ordered a NZ Shed Kit Set - Blue Gum Garden Shed 3.1 x 1.6m Colour steel wooden framed shed with 1 x window, skylite, double Doors, and wooden floor. I will arrive in the next 4 weeks to my address in Pauanui . The site is a raised restained section which has been marked out down the back of house and is level on sand/soil flat base. They have advised that it does not need a concrete slab and it comes with 4 x wooden jaustes!
