Underfloor clean up

Having insulation put in underfloor. Need the underfloor area cleaned of debris. 1955 build with a reasonable clearance. No good for us old pensioners with bad knees. The area is clean and dry aside from building residue. Need done soon .. as insulation installation is booked for the end of January. No animals have been under the house as we have concrete footings and we keep the access door shut.

We have approximately 85m2 of weather board surface that needs sanding to smooth off any bumps also to ruff up surface for new paint. We also have x9 small windows that will need stripping back to timber, using preferably a heat gun to remove paint and sanded back to a smooth finish.
