I needed some subfloor repair and a toilet replacement, and wasn't sure of the extent of the damage. San had a really quick turnaround with the quote and work starting. San was fantastic, friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop on costs the whole way through. There was no bill shock at the end which I really appreciated! Couldn't recommend him enough and will definitely use him in the future for any issues that arise. Thank you San!
