I have several ceiling tiles that are sagging - in the bedroom and Bathroom. I need an agile handyman that can go up into the roof and squirt No More Nails into the joists for the 2 areas, then I can prop them up from down below. Re-fix heated towel rail back on wall

The heated towel rail has come off the wall as the screws seem to be just into the gib and not into any studs. This is a rental property with young children and the babies are now pulling themselves up on furniture and the towel rail has now pulled off the wall onto one of them. It will need a baton fixed to the wall and then fix the towel rail back up.

We have just purchased a new home. In order for us to fit our washing machine, some cupboards will need to be removed and the laundry tub removed also. Potentially a new smaller tub could go in, and the cupboards could be donated as part payment or potentially placed elsewhere in the house.

We need to replace the wall lining around the bath/shower and tile a small strip along the end of the bath, repair or remove a towel rail around the bathroom sink, repair holes in wall from where towel rail was incorrectly installed, plaster walls (and floor?) where damaged boards were cut out from the toilet leaking (the toilet has been fixed) and tile toilet floor.
