For a tenancy the wheelie bins for general rubbish and recycling need to be stored outside and it is a windy area meaning they need to be secured so they won't blow over or be pushed into windows by the wind. Probably simply dealt with by fixing a couple of loops/eyes, to the concrete wall and then putting a bungy cord or chain around the bins. Our shower door drops. The design may contribute to that but the rubber insertable seal at the bottom is frequently perishing through scrapping. No special time frame just looking for a solution.
