Roof leak

This client asked me to repair a ceiling. When I opened up the ceiling I saw what the main cause was and repaired it for them. The valley on the roof needed replacing.

Shed install

This client bought a shed sometime ago and needed a hand installing it.

Dryer and Toolboxes

A dryer needed to be hung and new tool storage to be installed. I left the framing behind the top storage boxes long to fix something to, like a broom or a vacuum.

Van Fit out

This client required a toolbox being made for a new work van. They wanted me to use their old toolboxes.

Boundary fence

The old fence got blown over by the wind. The old posts were deep enough but they where at the end of their life span.

Roof Guttering Leaks x3

Tom's first effort to fix 2/3 three leaks weren't successful but my sense was that it was a tricky job. When I advised him of this he was accepting, and diligent saying "right I will come and fix that up then". He did exactly that very quickly and now a week or so on, they are looking secure and fixed, and I am very happy. No leaks! Tom a lovely guy and I would use him again for sure. Big thanks.

Tom was terrific, came to site and quoted next day, it was a small job and he offered to do it on the spot but I wasn't able to check my message at that time, we made another time he came back and completed as per the quote. Its pleasing to have a contractor still prepared to do little jobs.
