I'm listing this on behalf of the social club at my work. We have a holiday home in Hanmer Springs which is in need of a bit of TLC in it's plumbing. Most of the taps are very hard to turn off and are often left dripping. Water often runs out the overflow of the toilet cisten, and this has caused some issues with water finding it's way inside the wall... Hi there, I have a small deck that is partly covered with corrugated iron that needs extending and some iron needs checking as its lifting in wind, maybe just needs a hammer down. Also trellis I have made a makeshift shelter round the deck needs re looking at, made safer etc. I have another wee job for someone too, a gate I made myself needs lifting to put wheels(castor) under or a better working gate made please.
