Replace tap washer in sink. It’s a commercial property so consideration needs to be given when turning water off. Second job is to paint toilet. Has just had new vinal put down but may need sealing around skirting board as part of the skirting board is missing. The rest of the skirting board is a black plastic/rubber compound, not wooden. Then the toilet needs painting as some of the paint is pealing off.

I need a range hood mounted. All wiring and plugs have been done but need the range hood installed properly. We have had it mounted before but believe may need more support for it, better wall plugs or something similar. Hole is already cut for the ducting to go to the ceiling and the silver cover piece to go over the ducting. Hopefully this makes sense.

I have a rangehood that I need mounted correctly. Will need decent wall plugs to be used as do not believe there is a stud where the mounting holes are. I can supply these. Rangehood and silver ducting cover to be installed, not the actual tube ducting to vent out as we have put a carbon filter in the rangehood.
