Reattach outdoor room roller for retractable screen

The rollers that allow the screens on our outdoor room have detached from the roof and masonry. We need them reattached. One of the holes where previously attached to the masonry has the existing fastener stuck in the hole. Where the roller has pulled out of the roof there is also a bit of damage to the roof panels that may need to be worked around. We need this done by this weekend.

I would like to have an auto wind hose reel (30m hose) attached to my house wall which is brick cladding. the hose reel would be fully assembled and comes with brackets and bolts (4x). The job would be to drill holes in the brick wall and professionally fix the hose reel to the wall. All Materials and tools need to be provided by the builder. A professional indemnity insurance would need to be in place to protect you and my property, when a problem occurs.

Install a new cloth line onto our fence

We bought a new cloth line (as per the photos) and would like to put it onto our garden fence. We are very poor at installing stuff, calling for someone coming to help in a near timeframe. PS: The manual recommends 8-10mm x 75mm fastener(or screw) to install it onto timber. 4 of them will be needed for two brackets. PPS: More photos can be attached for quoting, or some pictures of the manual book. Thanks!
