Quotes required for a large timber deck on flat section at Karaka property. Timber still in overall good conidtion with no lichen, moss or estraneous soiling, but does have some intermittent sooty-coloured ingrained mould. Timber needs to be fed and refreshed to protect it. It is one large deck on lawn, along rear and side of house, with a right angle corner halfway. Measured in three sections: 1. 6m x 6.3 mt 2. 5.5m x 3.4 mt 3. 3.5m x 5.5 mt (this section minus a small corner where house juts out a bit) Can add photos if required, but have none to hand at moment.

"Eneo did the work himself. He responded quickly to my post and came quickly to view the job and quote. Very polite and hardworking. Cleaned deck thoroughly, removing black ingrained mould. Then used paintbrush to apply two coats of stain by hand. The quote was very fair, charging me his labour costs, and fwdg the 'cost of materials' invoices direct to me at his tradesman discount rates. The finished job is beautiful.
