Magic Job. The metal stem of our perfectly good single stem swivel reclining leather chair broke where the stem joins the base of the chair. We were unable to find an engineer/welder willing to take on such a small job until we checked out the Builderscrack site who gave us a couple of options. 43Concept checked the job out and we agreed the price.
