Weld Stainless Steel Handrail - Repair

The handrail in our main stairwell has come down because a part has broken off the stainless steel bracket that holds it onto the wall. I think the broken park needs to be welded back onto the round bracket - see pics. We need this bracket fixed so that the handrail can go back up on the stairs as soon as possible, because we have an older visitor arriving on the 8th of Jan. Thank you.
