Pottery kiln wheel needs to be re-welded on to base.

Posted 4 weeks ago

Hi there, I had an old kiln delivered to me and in the process one of the base trolley wheels got knocked off... it needs re-welding back on to the leg at the base... the trolley wheel has a small square plate which would normally be attached to the steel L shaped bracket leg (see photos). Also the front door of the kiln could do with a round circular disc attached where the peep hole is just to tidy it up a bit. See photos attached. The Firebrick protects it from the heat, but the door peep hol...

Campervan carpentry/ storage/ cabinetry jobs #2

Posted 1 week ago

I am after someone to make a fridge slide and possible a smaller freezer slide for a chest type compressor fridge to be installed in a campervan, allowing the fridge to sit in the cupboard and slide out when needed. It's basically making a steel/ aluminium frame for the fridge to sit on, and attaching lockable drawer runners to the sides. For someone with the right tools and materials it should not be too difficult. Hoping to have it done in the next month. Thanks in advance

Metal Table Legs

Posted 4 weeks ago

My dad is sourcing a Macrocarpa slab that we are making into a dining table but we need some steel table legs made up for it. We are hoping to get a trestle style leg like what is shown in the first picture but without the cross beam in the middle. To compensate for the lack of a cross beam I was thinking of having a larger flat plate on the top. Our friends have a very similar table leg on a commercially bought table but that is made from solid steel rather than tubing and is much thinner...
