H rack onto trailer

I am after a second story to be placed onto this trailer. I will attached a picture of the trailer and a picture of what the final design for the second story should be. Only complexity is that the H rack at the back needs to bend outwards before going straight up, just to get around the width of the boat.

The example image with the second story has a roller on the back but this is not needed.

This trailer is only worth 6-800 so needs to be relatively cheap to be justified, over just buying a new trailer
