Weld pipe for a motorcycle carry frame

I am trying to build a frame to mount luggage onto my motorcycle. I have cut and bent the pipe to size, and need someone to weld it all together.. I you have a look at the photo's, you will see two pipes, each with two cuts. I need the cuts welded closed, and then, if you can weld the black plate onto the two pipes, that would be great

Excellent dealing with Raju. Excellent job.. it turned out more difficult than planned, but he stuck with it, finished the job, as promised. Would highly recommend
