Installation of ceiling hatches (2) in garage and additional cross beam support

Rod installed 2 ceiling hatches in my garage and 2 adapters for my subfloor fans. He provided great options and was flexible in me changing the job. His workmanship is fantastic, cost was excellent and was extremely flexible working around my schedule. He always stopped to share his insights, advice and educate me about other issues I had. His communication is very professional, he’s a great conversationalist and I highly recommend him for jobs. I’ve added him to my contacts for future jobs.

Warrick completed the work on time and as scheduled. We haven't had a good enough rain to actually test but we hope and expect it will hold. We asked Warrick to do a touch up of the dining room ceiling as the paint was damaged in a very small patch but for some reason we received an extremely high quote for that and decided not to pursue it.
