He was very quick to come around over the weekend to check the problem, and was concerned about things getting worse with strong winds, so did some temporary bracing which we appreciated. He thought hard about the most suitable and cost effective approach and discussed that with us, before making the repairs. He did them quickly (within a couple of days) at a price we were happy with, and took time not to disrupt some video calls I had.
