Leak in ceiling

Dean assessed and completed the job within 2 days and for a lower cost than quoted. He did everything required to an high standard and identified and fixed a potentially nasty leak problem. Very helpful and pleasant and obviously takes pride in his work. I recommend him.

Excellent all round. Had previously tried to fix the leak/rot with another builder, spent $5k and they couldn't fix it. Reegan's approach has actually worked this time, much higher quality than the previous builder. And he understood we had a tight budget and gave us ways to keep costs down - letting us do prep and painting work, and finding ways to keep the scope as small as possible.

The job was completed faster than expected and he had someone with him to help with any heavy lifting and assist him. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting help with flat pack gas lift bed assembly.

Wooden floor repair

Chose Andrew as he offered a range of domestic building repairs and he also did the whole job, including relaying the carpet. Others said we'd need a carpet layer, but Andrew did a perfect job. It only took a few hours, then straight into repairing woodwork around our French doors. Quote was discussed and the bill was exactly as expected. He and his junior, Bernard were easy to talk to and work with. We're now on to the next phase of repairs to our old Wellington villa. Recommend.
