Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic about floors which appears in the finish. He communicated daily about progress and let us know what we could and couldn't do and when to sleep elsewhere due to fumes. He painted samples of shades for us to choose from and provided opinion and advice. Gave us options between water and oil based. We required this job be done in three sections due to furniture and being upstairs, so it took about three weeks to complete. I would recommend Ryan.

Sam did an amazing job. The floor is looking amazing. He has done a high quality job (grinding congret, waterproof layer, glueing the engineered wood), and impressed also when it came to the transitions between wood floor and tiles and woodfloor ending into the garage. (Skirting on picture not done by Sam). I will ask Sam for a quote again when we do the flooring in other parts of the house.
