Vinyl laying required. Le Bons Bay, Banks Peninsula, 20 minutes from Akaroa or 1.5hrs from Christchurch). 3m Vinyl has been bought and in garage. Areas: Kitchen (approx 3.5m x 2.2m), Laundy (approx 3.5m x 2.2m), Bathroom (approx 1.8m x 0.9m) and Toilet (approx 1.6m x 0.8m). Current old vinyl is just loose laid on building paper and just needs lifting (I can dispose as local dump).

Old house totally gutted and repaired. Next week plaster, week after painting. living room area 55sqm needs to be covered with vinyl planks. Preparation will include laying thin line to get the floor smooth, and then sticking on the planks. Thin line and planks will be provided, additional work would be carpet laying in two rooms 3.5*3.5 each

Would like to have new vinyl laid in our Kitchen and Bathroom in our house in Wainui. Approx 32 sq metres. Currently has vinyl planking down which is just sitting there ie no adhesive so it just lifts strait up. Possibly will need a light sand before new vinyl goes down. Ideally before the end of August

estimate for remove strip board archatrave around floor and sand floor and refinish with hard wearing 2 pack urathane clear and replace and repaint or tough up wood surround where floor meets wall various types have been used but should be reused as before. Damage was from burning hot shards of glass from red hot exploded ceramic cook top about 12 or more burns on floor at various locations.

We have a polished concrete floor that had a crack in it (approx 120cm) that was previously filled in (approx 5years ago). Not happy with how it looks and are looking for a seamless repair so that the crack isn't noticeable to the naked eye.

I have an upstairs master bedroom that has had a leak from the window, when the carpet was taken up the floor boards (maybe plywood) underneath have rotted. Also in the same bedroom the skirting board has warped. As I have just brought this house I am not sure if the window is water tight so I would need to get that checked too.
