Hi there, I have recently pulled the carpet up in a reno we are doing on a house and found these floors to be in amazing condition, I'd really like to have them sanded and polished. Staples and nails have all been removed from the floor (pretty sure we got 99.2% of them!) There are 5 rooms to be sanded, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, lounge and hallway. Estimate around 110 square meters or so (?????), give or take my hopeless calculations................... Thanks

Polished Floors - Timber

I have a dining and lounge area which needs repolishing (currently polished but pretty tatty and I don't love the colour). Looking for a rough price estimation without viewing please. I have added a floor plan with red boxes around the areas that need to be polished with the approx sizes of the areas. Also added a photo from when it was tenanted and on the market (before I purchased) so you can get an idea of the area/wood. Another pic is post renovations.

Finish off kitchen renos: - laminate floor (185 mm x 130 mm, plus fridge/dishwasher gap and 15 mm in the entrance to meet the carpet. Need material. - put our tiles on the wall as a splashback all around the kitchen. Left overs from other projects. See photo. Length of wall, 180mm, 200mm and 180mm. Height will depend on how the tiles fit. Tiles may need trimming to fit around power points. Low budget. Not fussy. Just want to job done so we can think about selling.
