I have purchased laminate plank flooring for an approx 7x4m room. It has a small kitchenette in one corner. I am looking for a quote for the cost to install this flooring. There are skirting boards already in place, so the laminate does need undercutting to work with the skirting boards. There is also potentially a bit of prep required on the concrete (but I don't think alot). There will also be an underlay.

Loose lay tiles in small laundry/entry area

Area is main access to house, high traffic area, with some particle board floor prep required and removal of existing vinyl (mid 90's era). Room is 2.3 x 2.6m basic rectangle except for two doorways and a waste pipe. I can remove existing vinyl and will fit skirting after tiles are laid. We are 5km north of Inglewood. The intended tiles are Karndean loose lay (500 x 610mm) to be glued down. Not urgent but within the next couple of months preferred.
