The floor appears to have had vinyl on it and removed before i bought the house. So there is a residue over the wood, my goal is to get the timber to a crisp varnished finish. There is also a hole in the floor. If you can patch it that would be good otherwise i can get someone else to do that first. The area is 7.1 by 2.4, some of the area has fixed cabintry and will not need doing

I have a small paquett floor (2 .2 x 3 mitres approximately ) that needs to be sanded .I have already filled the holes and gaps .I will lime wash the floor myself or if your quotes is reasonable i will ask you to do apply it also I will also need a hand to disconect the washing machine before the job and reconnect later.If you supply an email i can send a photo of the job.Floor must be sanded by Wednesday /Thursday at the latest.

We have a noisy (squeaky) floor. Partical board floor that was replaced 11 years ago after a fire but was nailed not screwed, Timber drying and settling over time has caused floor to squeak badly when walked on. Room approx 10 metres by 9 metres, requires screwing down (we assume that's all) and carpet refitted, we can lift carpet. Floor is top floor of two story house.
