Vinyl strip flooring job for my rental. Toilet, laundry and kitchen with a small pantry. I already have the flooring. Slab floor already had vinyl before so this is a replacement job. Slab may need some work. I ripped up the kitcen area and it came away pretty well with only some sticky residue. Not sure what state it needs to be in before new stuff goes down. I have 130m2 of vinyl plank I'd like a price to lay. All existing vinyl will be removed and concrete prepared. Toilets basin and vanities will be removed and there is a kitchen, entrance, bathroom, ensuite, toilet and laundry. I already have the plank and adhesive so just the labour required.
